"Winter of Austronesia - Rebirth" combines the unique glutinous rice wine lees of the Amis tribe, Pingtung cocoa & rose, Kaohsiung lychee and mulberry, capturing the delicate flavors of renewal and sustainability, much like nature's rebirth after the winter’s embrace.

The bar is bicolor. To fully enjoy this chocolate, please try to:

70% Rice Wine Lees Fermented Dark Chocolate (Partly Bubbling Ground)
✨Use cacao fermented with Rice Wine Lees, partly rough ground to imitate the bubbling of freshly brewed rice wine 


30%  Rose Lychee Mulberry Chocolate (no milk)
✨Taiwan rose, lychee, & mulberry
✨Sweetened with Trehalose sugar to balance sweetness and acidity. 
✨Use Job’s tears instead of milk powder.

UK based Taiwan indigenous contemporary artist. “As a child, the blooming season of pomelo flowers would fill our village with an intoxicating floral scent. In the rolling hills of Ruishui, pomelo and grapefruit are also prominent crops. For the design, choosing the Hualien pomelo flower led me to envision the golden rice waves of the Hualien-Taitung valley and the sweet aroma of pomelo flowers. Thus, this piece, ‘Sweet-Smelling Breeze,’ came to life. Let’s experience the harvest of the golden rice fields and the fragrance of the pomelo flower swaying in the autumn wind.”
