Preserved using Fu Wan’s FIDARDS-(F) technique

“This chocolate is a tribute to scent, melody, and memory. I am thrilled to encapsulate this beautiful memory in our chocolate, using it as a medium to share Taiwan’s captivating rural flavors and the autumnal harvest celebrations of the Austronesian culture. We also aim to encourage the use of pomelo flowers in various products, helping to create a unique Taiwanese fragrance memory worldwide.”

UK based Taiwan indigenous contemporary artist. “As a child, the blooming season of pomelo flowers would fill our village with an intoxicating floral scent. In the rolling hills of Ruishui, pomelo and grapefruit are also prominent crops. For the design, choosing the Hualien pomelo flower led me to envision the golden rice waves of the Hualien-Taitung valley and the sweet aroma of pomelo flowers. Thus, this piece, ‘Sweet-Smelling Breeze,’ came to life. Let’s experience the harvest of the golden rice fields and the fragrance of the pomelo flower swaying in the autumn wind.”
